9. CAPITAL PROJECT ELIGIBIILTY(List Criteria): Nonrecurring rehabilitation or deferred maintenance of infrastructure and buildings,provided that the cost is$25,000 or more and the improvement will
have a useful life of 10 years or more. New buildings or structures or addition to a building.
10. PROJECT/PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Repair of Hisaoka Gym roof,construct gate ball pavilion and band stand cover at King Kamehameha Park in North Kohala.
11. PROJECT JUSTIFICATION&OUTCOME(S)(List all that apply): Addresses public health and safety;repair/maintenance of infrastructure or building.
