The American Institute of Architects , dated December 30,
1976, informing that they are concerned about the
economic impact on proposed legislation and has expressed
this concern by adopting the enclosed resolution at its
convention held November 19 , 1976.

From Legislative Auditor Harry A. Takahashi dated
January 21, 1977 submitting for approval the Proposed
Legislative Review/Lobbying Plan.
Approve and recommend Council
adopt the Legislative Review/
Lobbying Plan.
RECOMMENDATION
A . No. 1: CONCERNS OF MARY TORRES
< c-P1'� Refer the following to the Joint Committee on Public
Services and Public Works for study and recommendation
to the Council: ( 1) poor engineering of County roads ;
( 2 ) dust problem at Paradise Park; and ( 3 ) expediting
construction of the drag strip.
