dated January 27, 1977, -transmitting for adoption a
bill to change the district classification from an
Agricultural 1-acre (A-la) to a Single Family Residential --
10,000 square foot (RS-10) zoned district at Waiakea,
South Hilo, Hawaii .
Approve and recommend passage
of Bill 279 on first reading.

dated January 27, 1977 transmitting for adoption a bill
to change the district classification for 70. 1 acres
of land from an Agricultural 20-acre (A-20a) and an
Open (0) zoned districts to a Single Family Residential -
10,000 square foot (RS-10) zoned district at Pepeekeo
and Makahanaloa, South Hilo.
Approve and recommend passage
of Bill 280 on first reading.
(Mr. Garcia declared a possible
conflict of interest and abstained
from voting. )

/ c- No. 152: PARKER RANCH - NO TRESPASSING SIGNS
From John W. Goemans , Attorney At Law, Inc. , dated
February 4, 1977 bringing to Council' s attention that
Parker Ranch has posted no trespassing signs on property
along the Keanakolu Road in such a way that it ;appears
to anyone using the County road that the road itself
is Parker Ranch property, and asks Council compel
Parker Ranch to remove the signs .

BOISE CASCADE HOME & LAND CORPORATION
Copy of letter to Mr. Willis Sanburn, Vice President,
Boise Cascade Home & Land Corporation, from Planning
Commission Chairman dated February 15 , 1977, informing
in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 8 (Zoning
Code) , Article 27, Section H, Hawaii County Code, the
Commission shall act on their petition for Planned
Development Permit not earlier than fifteen days after
the public hearing held February 14, 1977.
