Matayoshi _dated March 24, 1977 submitting for information the HUD Block Grant Applica- tion and State Clearinghouse forms which were sent to the Department of Planning and Economic Development for clearinghouse review; and requests concurrence of the proposed schedule to meet the deadline date. Informs the projects listed are those he is presently considering recommending to the Council for inclusion in the final Block Grant application. $-- Y-- 93. 2 : From Mayor Herbert T. _Matayoshi dated March 31, 1977 (Res . 65 ) requesting adoption of Resolution 65 authorizing the filing of the application with the Department of Housing and Urban Development for a Block Grant for Fiscal Year 1977 under the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, and designating the Mayor as its executor.
