were considered at its meeting of April 27 , 1977:

to. 207.1: BOISE CASCADE HOME AND LAND CORP. ,
ADDENDUM TO EIS
From Acting Planning Director Sidney Fuke dated April 13 ,
1977 submitting an addendum to the environmental impact
statement for Boise Cascade Home and Land Corporation' s
proposed resort development at Anaeho' omalu, South Kohala,
which was previously transmitted to the Council with the
change of zone request. Informs the addendum is an
integral part of the EIS in that it contains comments
made by the various agencies in reviewing the original
documents.

No. 281: REAL ESTATE VALUE GAINS
From Councilman William S. Kawahara dated April 19 ,
1977 informing that the County is missing a great
opportunity by not benefiting in real estate value
gains created by the upzoning of certain parcels of
real property, and recommends consideration of rezoning
and zoning guidelines to seek potentially new revenue
sources to benefit the County as well as the developer.

Acting Planning Director Sidney Fuke dated April 18,
1977, acknowledging receipt of their letter of

No. 282: April 11 , 1977 , informing that they intend to offer
(don' t. ) a major portion of Park Hokulani for sale. Informs
there are no conditions attached to the rezoning which
would restrict the sale of the' land to another developer;
however, the new owner would still have to comply with
the conditions as outlined in Ordinance Nos. 42 and 218.
Should the new owner not abide by the stated conditions,
rezoning of the area to its original zoning designation
may be initiated.
