enclosing copy of Planned Development Permit No. 5
granted by the Planning Commission on March 14, 1977
with the conditions on the permit.

support of Resolution Nos. 3 and 5 adopted by their
association.

submitting, as requested, comments on Resolution No. 5 ,
adopted by the Association of Hawaiian Civic Clubs , which
calls for the establishment of a historic preservation
commission through Act 104 of the State Legislature, 1976.
Recommend Council support creation
of a Citizens ' Advisory Committee
to work with the Planning Department
in developing a Cultural Resources
Plan.
