Planning which were considered at its meeting of September 14, 1977 : COMMUNICATIONS 1\To. 255. 2 : DEVELOPMENT OF AN ADJUSTMENT STRATEGY FOR EMPLOYMENT EDA GRANT NO. 07-09-01880 From Councilman Muneo Sameshima dated August 24, 19 /7, requesting that the expenditure of the $35, 000 funded for the study be deferred, and recommends that the staff in the Research and Development Department review the studies, take public input, and consolidate the results for forwarding to the Economic Develop- ment Agency. Jitchaku dated August 17, 1977, transmitting for adoption a bill to change the district classification from an Agricultural 1-acre (A-la) to a Single Family Residential - 15, 000 square foot (RS-15) zoned district at Waimea Homesteads, South Kohala.
