1978, transmitting for information the Grantee
Performance Report - 1977 Community Development Block
Grant Program, as required by the Department of Housing
and Urban Development for the 1977 Program Year.

adopted by the House of Representatives of the Ninth
Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of
1978, requesting a report on the implementation of
county park dedication ordinances.

Comm. 786: HOUSE RESOLUTION NO, 34
From George M. Takane, Clerk, House of Representatives,
dated April 28, 1978, transmitting copy of H. R. No. 34
adopted by the House of Representatives of the Ninth
Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of
1978, requesting the House Committee on Water, Land Use,
Development, and Hawaiian Homes and the Committee on
Housing and the counties to review the park dedication
statute, the county park dedication ordinances , and the
rules and regulations implementing the county park
dedication ordinances.
