Comm. 546. 1 : REAFFIRMATION OF COOPERATION AGREEMENT
HAWAII HOUSING AUTHORITY
From Mayor Herbert Ts Matayoshi dated June 23,
1978, informing the Hawaii Housing Authority,
in connection with a modernization program to
upgrade their low-rent housing units , has
requested the County' s assistance in re-
affirming Cooperation
theAgreement for p
public services and facilities between the
Authority and the County and recommends
favorable action on the Authority' s request;
recommends that the Mayor, in connection with the Hawaii Housing
Authority' s intent to participate in the Department of Housing
and Urban Development Modernization Programs and to apply for
additional modernization funding for general building improvements
to Lanikila Homes , reaffirm the County' s commitment under the
Cooperation Agreement for public services and facilities between
the Authority and the County.
