Comm. 847 : GEOTHERMAL ENERGY
(Res . 286) From Mayor Herbert T. Matayoshi dated June 21,
1978 , informing of the program effort by the
Hawaii Geothermal Project Development Group
(HGP/DG) and its potential benefits to Hawaii' s
geothermal resource development ; seeks support
of a proposed resolution expressing commitment
to the proposal;
recommends the Council support the program effort by the Hawaii
Geothermal Project Development Group (HGP/DG) and adopt the
accompanying Resolution No. 286 expressing the County' s commit-
ment to this proposal of geothermal resource development.
