Your Committee on Planning to which was referred:
Bill 408 : REZONING REQUEST - STATE OF HAWAII
(Comm. 844) HAWAII .HOUSING AUTHORITY, WAIAKEA, S . HILO
Amends Section 7 . 29, the City of Hilo Zone
Map , . Chapter :8 (Zoning Code) , Article 2,
Hawaii ,County Code, as amended, by changing
the district classification from Open (0)
to Single Family Residential (RS-15) at
Waiakea, S. Hilo;
(Introduced by : Mr. Domingo)
recommends Bill 408 be adopted by the Council on second and final
reading.
Further, the Committee cognizant of the fact that the term of
the Commitment for permanent loan financing between American
Savings and Loan Association and the Hawaii Housing Authority
expires September 30, 1978, authorizes the Council Chairman to
call a special Council meeting, if necessary, to adopt Bill 408.
