(Res. 296) GRANT FUNDING , SMALL CITIES COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM,
FY 1978
From Mayor Herbert T. , Matayoshi dated July 21,
1978, requesting authorization to file a Block
Grant application with the Department of Housing
and Urban Development for a Small Cities
Comprehensive Program for Fiscal Year 1978. under
the Housing and Community Development Act of
1978;
recommends that the Council adopt Resolution 296 authorizing the
filing of a Block Grant application and designating the Mayor as
its executor.
