Bill 411: REZONING REQUEST - MAUNA LOA LAND, INC.
('Comm. 869 ) Amends Section 7.06, the North and South Kohala
Districts Zone Map, Chapter 8 (Zoning Code) ,
Article 2, Hawaii County Code, as amended, by
repealing Ordinance No. 203 , adopted on April 19,
1976, and revising and redesignating the Resort-
Hdtel (V-1.0) , Resort-Hotel (V-1. 25 ) , Resort-
Hotel (V-2.0) , Village Commercial (CV-10 ) ,
Multiple Family Residential (RM-1. 5) , Multiple
Family Residential (RM-3.0 ) , Limited Industrial
(ML-10 ) and Open (0) Zones at Waikoloa,
Kalahuipuaa and Anaehoomalu, South Kohala;,
(Introduced by: Mr. Domingo)
recommends Bill 411 be adopted by the Council on second and final`
reading.
