From Planning Commission Chairman William F. Mielcke
dated October 20, 1978 submitting for approval, the
proposed amendment to Condition A of Ordinance No. 41,
as amended by Ordinance No. 90, relating to a change
of zone request granted to Kenneth Fujiyama in
February of 1975 from an Agricultural 10-acre (A-10a)
to an Agricultural 1-acre (A-1a) zoned district at
Waiakea Homesteads, Waiakea, South Hilo, The proposal
is to amend the 40 percent development requirement for
the first increment
to 25 percent of the total
the development
development ent as well as to amend
requirement of the first increment from 10 to 9
dwelling units;
recommends Bill 432 be passed by the Council on first reading.
