Minn dated October 11, 1978, responding to
request for interpretation of Section 11 of
the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) Grant Agreement, Community
Development Block Grant Program; .
recommends communication be placed on file and that all County
Council members abide by the conflict of interest restrictions
as presently construed by HUD.
