dated December 19, 1978, submitting for adoption, a
bill amending the City of Hilo Zoning Map to conform
to the General Plan and to complement the Department
of Transportation's plans for the realignment of
the Hilo Bayfront Highwaybetween Wailoa River and
Y
Kuhio Wharf;
recommends Bill 438 be passed by the Council on first reading.
