From Planning Commission Chairman William F. Mielcke
dated January 19 , 1979 submitting for approval ,
the proposed amendment to Conditions A, B and
F of Ordinance 148 , effective October 1, 1975 ,
relating to performance conditions, changing
the petitioner identified in the ordinance, and
park requirements. The property involved is
located approximately 150 feet makai of the
Lalamilo House Lots subdivision and about one
mile makai of the Kawaihae-Kohala Road junction,
Ouli, South Kohala;
recommends Condition E of proposed Bill 449 be revised as follows:
" (E) a maximum of three (3) road connections be made to the Kawaihae.
Road as approved by the Department of Public Works and the State
Highway Engineer. Such road connections and traffic patterns
shall be determined at the time of subdivision review of the.
first increment. Access to all lots shall befrom the interior
subdivision roads. No direct access shall be permitted from the
lots onto Kawaihae Road. "
Further recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 449, as revised,
on first reading.
