From William F. Mielcke, Planning Commission Chairman,
dated February 7, 1979 submitting for adoption, the
proposed amendments to Ordinance 605 (effective
August 30, 1973) which rezoned approximately 8. 31
acres of land from an Agricultural 1-acre (A-la) to a
Multiple Family Residential - 1,250 square foot
(RM-1. 25) zoned district. The proposed amendments
relate to incremental development, rental price, and
the time requirement for a play area development;
recommends Bill 453 be passed by the Council on first reading.
