adoption, a proposed bill to change the district
classification from an Open (0) to a General
Industrial 1-acre (MG-la) zoned district in the
land divisions of O'oma 1st, Kalaoa 1st - 4th,
Hamanamana and Haleohiu, North Kona;
recommends Bill 454 be passed by the Council on first reading.
