(SPECIAL PERMIT)
From William F. Mielcke, Chairman, Planning
Commi ssnn, dated February 8, 1979 informing
as a result of the passage of Act 166 Relating
to Certain Sections of the Special Permit
Procedures (Section 205-6, HRS, as amended) ,
the Planning Director has initiated amendments to
the Planning Commission' s Rule No. 6 pertaining
to the Special Permit Procedures. Transmits for
consideration and approval, the revised Rules
and Regulations after public hearings were held
on the proposed amendments on November 15 . and
30, 1978 in Kona and Hilo;
recommends Council approve the amendments to the Planning Commission's
Rule No. 6 pertaining to the Special Permit Procedures.
