Your Committee on Planning to which was referred:
Bill 459: GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENTS
An ordinance amending the County of Hawaii General
Plan, Ordinance No. 439, by incorporating the
seventy-three (73) amendments to the General Plan
Land Use Pattern Allocation map and eight (8)
amendments to the General Plan policy document
initiated by the Planning Director, as reflected
in his report entitled, "County of Hawaii General
Plan Revision Program, November 1978; "

recommends Item No. 8, Amend the General Plan _Amendment Process, be
deleted as an amendment to the General Plan policy document (Page 6)
and that Bill 459, as revised, be passed by the Council on first
reading.
