Ace_ Comm. 1082: LAUPAHOEHOE RURAL DESIGN PLAN
From Planning Commission Chairman William F. Mielcke
and Planning Director Sidney Fuke dated February 23,
1979, submitting for approval, the draft of the
Laupahoehoe Rural Design Plan with revisions as
recommended by the Planning Department. Also trans-
' mits for information, a copy of the draft design
plan and the staff' s background report;
recommends Council approve the draft of the Laupahoehoe Rural Design
Plan with revisions as recommended by the Planning Department.
