From William F. Mielcke, Planning Commission Chairman,
dated April 11, 1979, submitting for adoption, a
proposed bill to repeal Change of Zone Ordinance No. 98,
• as a result of non-compliance with the conditions as
outlined in the ordinance. Submits for information, a
copy of letter received from Mr. Sherwood Greenwell,
President of Kealakekua Ranch, Ltd. , owner of the
subject area, who has indicated no objection to the
•
repeal of the ordinance;
recommends Bill 472 be passed by the Council on first reading.
