adopted at its Regular Session of 1979, requesting the
. Department of Land and Natural Resources to recommend-.
• favorable action by the Governor toward the economic
merits of the Hilo Bayfront Development Plan;
recommends the communication be placed on file; and request the Chairman

of the Committee on Planning to write to the Governor asking for support
