From Planning Director Sidney Fuke dated
May 17, 1979, informingat its December 14, 1978
meeting, the Planning Commission, through the
initiation of the Planning Director, recommended
the deletion of Condition C in its entirety and
submits a proposed ordinance amending Change of
Zone Ordinance No. 423 , adopted by the County
Council on March 21, 1979, to delete Condition C
which was inadvertently left in the ordinance.
The petitioners have been informed of the error;
recommends Bill 485 be passed by the Council on first reading.
