From Planning Commission Chairman William F. Mielcke
dated August 3, 1979, submitting for adoption, a
proposed bill to change the district classification
from an Agricultural 3-acre (A-3a) to a Single Family
Residential - 10,000 square foot (RS-10) zoned
district at Waiakea. Homesteads, South Hilo;
recommends Bill 511 be passed by the Council on first reading.
