4 - Comm. 1284: AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 3 - REGULATIONS PROMOTING
(Bill 520 ) THE GENERAL WELFARE
From Milton T. Hakoda, Parks & Recreation Director,
dated August 27, 1979, submitting for favorable
consideration, a proposed bill amending Chapter 3 of
the Hawaii County Code, relating to definitions of
the words "Camping" and "Camper". Infor_ms the
ordinance as presently written has been unenforceable
in court because the terms are not adequately
• clarified;
recommends Bill 520 be passed by the Council on first reading.
