44‹- Pet. 20 : PLANNING AND URBAN DESIGN COMMISSION
From Councilman Takashi Domingo dated September 19,
1979 , transmitting a petition, signed by residents
and property owners of the Waimea area, objecting to
the Waimea-Kawaihae Community Association' s endorse-
ment to establish a "Planning and Urban Design
Commission" by ordinance;
recommends Council refer to Planning Director and Planning Commission
for consideration of the petition.
