From Planning Commission Chairman William F. Mielck.e
dated September 28, 1979, transmitting, in compliance
with Act 221, 1979 Legislative Sessi:on, a proposed
amendment to Planning Commission Rule No. 6, which.
authorizes the County Planning Commission final
approval powers for a Special Permit request involving
a land area which is fifteen acres or less However, a
request which is favorably acted upon by the. Planning
Commission but involves a land area greater than
fifteen acres must still beforwarded to the State.
Land Use Commission for its final approval;
recommends.. Council approve the amendment to Planning Commission Rule
No. 6 (Special Permit)
