Bil l 498: KAILUA VILLAGE SIGN -ORDINANCE
(AMENDED) Amends the H.awai.i. County Code, as amended, by adding a
new chapter relating to special regulations for the
village of Kailua and creating an article thereunder
relating to sign regulations for the village of Kailua;
(Introduced by: Mr. Domingo)
request Planning Director toincorporate. into Bill 498, Second Revision,
a provision to allow consideration for signs, which are nonconforming but
are of long standing tradition, through the variance procedure; and
recommend adoption of said bill, as amended, on second and final reading.
