RE: Proposed Amendment to Resolution No. 220-17; A Resolution to amend
Resolution 189-17 authorizing the payment of funds of a later Fiscal Year for a
Multi-Year agreement with the State of Hawai`i Employees' Retirement System
(ERS).
Below is a proposed amendment to Resolution No. 220-17. The proposed amendment is
illustrated below in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 220-17;
material to be added is underscored.
Due to the limited scope of the amendment, a draft copy with the amendments incorporated has
intentionally been omitted.
Resolution No. 220-17 is amended by amending the Enacting Clause to read as follows:
"BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII,that
Resolution 189-17 be, and hereby is amended to change all references of a three (3)year
agreement to reflect instead, a four (4) year agreement."
