From Planning Commission Chairman William F. Mielcke
dated December 14 , 19 79 , submitting for adoption, a
bill to delete Condition C of Change of Zone
Ordinance No. 594 which states , "The price of the
units be within low and moderate price market as
determined by appropriate agencies" , and as a result
of this request, the Planning Director is also
initiating a change to the current Multiple Residential
density of 1,250 square feet of land area per unit
(RM-1. 25) and Double Family Residential - 3, 750
square foot (RD-3.75) to a Multiple Family Residential -
2 ,000 square foot zoned district at Hienaloli 5th,
North Kona;
recommends Bill 569 be passed by the Council on first reading.
