SMALL CITIES 1978 AND 1979 _
From Mayor Herbert T. Matayoshi dated April 2 , 1980 ,
requesting authorization to file applications for
amendments to the grant applications Entitlement
1978 ($180 ,000) , Entitlement 1979 ($50 ,000) , Small
Cities 1978 ($327 ,600) , and Small Cities 1979
($400 ,000) for funds allocated to the Hilo City
Core Renewal Project, less amounts obligated or
spent;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 588 authorizing the
filing of the applications with HUD for Community Development Block
Grant Amendments and designating the Mayor as the executor.
