adoption, a proposed bill to amend Condition B
of Change of Zone Ordinance No. 474 relative
to accesses to the property, located along the
mauka side of Kinoole Street, adjacent and to
the south of the playground next to the
St. Joseph's School, Waiakea, South Hilo;
recommends Bill 613 be passed by the Council on first reading.
