PC-149) ORDINANCE NO. 422
TMK: 6-4-01:Portion of 88
An ordinance amending Section 7 .09 (The Kamuela Zone
Map) , Article 2, Chapter 8 (Zoning Code) , of the
Hawaii County Code, as amended, by changing the
district classification from Agricultural (A-5a) to
Neighborhood Commercial (CN-7. 5) at Puukapu, South
Kohala, covered by Tax Map Key 6-4-01:portion of 88;

recommends Bill 60.7 be amended to correct the following clerical
errors:
1. Change Section 1 of Section 7.09 , item (j) to " (k) " ; and
2. In Section 1, item 6 , underscore "2 .632" .
Further recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 607 , as amended,
on second and final reading.
