Commission, dated May 6 , 1980 , submitting for
adoption, a proposed amendment to Ordinance
No. 529 to increase the land area from 1. 12 to
1. 19' acres as well as changing the metes and
bounds description. Informsthe increase in
land area of 0 .06.6 acre or 2, 874 square feet
will not be contrary to reasons presented for
the initial approval of the- change of zone
application from A-3a to RS-20 ;.
recommends Bill 630 be passed by the Council on first reading.
