Your Committee on Planning to which was referred:
"Re s. 632 : PRESERVATION OF. AGRTCULTURAL PIANTAI'I ON COMMUNITIES
Requests the Planning Director and Planning Commission
of the County of Hawaii to consider the existing
plantation communities and camps as a special and unique
circumstance and when the occasion arises to thereby
allow the waiver of certain subdivision and zoning
requirements through the variance process.

recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 632 .
