a proposed bill tochange the district classifica-
tion from an Agricultural 3-acre (A-3a) to a Single
Family Residential - 10 ,000 square foot (RS-10)
zoned district at Waiakea, South Hilo;
recommends Bill 675 be passed by the Council on first reading.
