Your Committee on Planning to which was referred:
Comm. 1687 : RICKSHAW ROLLERS
From Deputy Corporation Counsel R. Ben Tsukazaki
dated September 24, 1980 , informing Rickshaw
Rollers is operating a skating rink in violation
of the Zoning Code and has ignored a "cease and
desist" letter from the Planning Department;
request approval under Zoning Code, Chapter 8,
Article 1, Section 10 , to enjoin the operation;
pursuant to Chapter 8, Article 1, Section 10 , Acts Prohibited,
recommends Council grant authorization to Corporation Counsel to
take the necessary_ steps to enjoin the operation of a skating rink
by Rickshaw Rollers in violation of the Zoning Code.
