Your Committee on Planning to which was referred:
' es. 706 : Resolves that the Planning Director, in the most
expeditious fashion, begin the process of making
the County land area identified by TMK: 7-8-5-22,
and adjoining lands , if appropriate, amenable to
future low-and-moderate income housing projects ;
and further that the County 's Office of Housing
and Community Development work in concert with the
Planning Departmentto seek the necessary resources
to construct housing for the site;

recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 706 .
