An ordinance amending Section 7, 29 (The City of Hilo
Zone Map) , Article 2., Chapter 8 (Zoning Code). 'of the
Hawaii County Code, asamended, by changing the
district classificationfromMultiple Family
Residential (RM-1) to -Office Commercial (C0-20) at
Ponahawai, South Hilo, covered by tax map key
2-3-17 :13;
(Introduced by: Mr. Domingo)
recommends Section 1 of Bill 703 be amended as follows :
(1) Condition (E) be relettered (F) ;
(2) Condition (E) to read: "the 'Permitted Uses '. under theprovisions
of Chapter 8 (Zoning Code) , Article 10 , Section 3, Ea and G. , in
effect on the date of adoption, shall not be permitted by thenowner
or his heirs without specific authority of the County Council.
( 3) Section 3 be renumbered Section 4 .
(4) Section 3 to read: "Material to be repealed is bracketed. New
material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the ,br.ackets ,
bracketed material, and underscoring need not be included.
Further recommends Council .approve and adopt. Bill 703, as amended, on
second and final reading_
