'No® 199 : ABANDONMENT RESOLUTION AND QUITCLAIM DEED FOR A PORTION (Res. 49) OF THE OLD KOHALA MOUNTAIN ROAD IN KAAUHUHU, NORTH KOHALA. From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated March 2, 1977, submitting the quitclaim deed and an abandonment resolution for the subject road. Informs the documents have been reviewed and approved by the Corporation Counsel' s office and are submitted for consideration, approval and authorization for execution of the deed by the Mayor. 199.1 : From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated March 21 , 1977 informing that the roadway is no longer needed for a public purpose and recommends adoption of Resolution 48. Inouye from Mayor Matayoshi dated March 14, 1977, thanking him for his letter and copy of bill concerning the exemption from secondary sewage treatment requirements for the State of Hawaii and other Pacific Basin islands; informs the administration and Council would appreciate his efforts to provide the Environmental Protection Agency the authority to grant exemptions from PL 92-500, Section 301.
