concern and raises several questions on the improvement

From Acting Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess dated
April 29 , 1977 transmitting for acceptance, the dedication
deed for roadway within the subject subdivision. Advises
the description has been checked and found to be acceptable
for dedication by the Department of Public Works; also that
the roadway has been constructed according to County standards.
Accept roadway dedication deed.
