The following are the recommendations of the Committee on Public Works
which were considered at its meeting of May 18, 1977:
COMMUNICATIONS
h_eca. No. 98: GRANT OF EASEMENT - KONA WONDERVIEW SUBDIVISION
(Res. 20) From Assistant Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess
dated January 6, 1977, submitting for review and action
a resolution authorizing the Mayor to grant an easement
to residents of the Kona Wonderview Subdivision.
Approve and recommend adoption
of Resolution 20, as revised.
�No. 268.1: RESOLUTION 75 - SETTING OF PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON
PAYMENT TO BONDHOLDERS OF IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT II
(DISCOVERY HARBOUR) AND ON LEVY OF AD VALOREM ASSESSMENTS
From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated May 3, 1977,
informing pursuant to the authority granted by Resolution 75
( amended) , he has decided that there will be one public hearing
to be held at the County Councilroom, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo,
on the date and time specified by Resolution 75.

No. 317 : KUULEI SUBDIVISION UNIT I WAIAKEA SOUTH HILO
From Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess, dated May 5 , 1977,
transmitting for acceptance, the dedication deed for roadway
within the subject subdivision. Advises the description has
been checked and found to be acceptable for dedication by
the Department of Public Works; also that the roadway has
been constructed according to County standards.
Accept roadway dedication deed.
