No. 15.9 : HAWAII COUNTY TRANSIT SYSTEM - OPERATING REPORT
From Mayor Herbert T. Matayoshi, dated October 28, 1977,
transmitting for information, the Hawaii County Mass
Transportation Agency' s Systems Operating Report and
statistics for the month of September, 1977.
Receive and file.
No. 471. 2 : PROPOSAL - KILAUEA/KAWILI STREET INTERSECTION
From Marlene M. Kufrovich, dated September 29 , 1977,
inquiring whether there are any future plans for the
Kapiolani/ awili intersection, such as traffic signals
or widening of Kapiolani Street between Lanikaula and
Kawili.
471. 3 : From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated October 25 , 1977,
responding to C-471. 2.
Receive and file; and transmit
copy of C-471. 3 to Ms. Kufrovich
for her information.
No. 523 VETERANS ' CEMETERY COMMITTEE RESOLUTION
(Res. 163) From Deputy Corporation Counsel Lionel D. Meyer, dated
September 9, 1977, transmitting for consideration and
adoption, a resolution to amend and update Resolution 128,
adopted on May 15 , 1957,, establishing a larger Veterans'
Cemetery Committee for the management of said Cemetery.
Approve and recommend adoption
of Resolution 163.

From Assistant Corporation Counsel Roxanna Garcia dated
November 2, 1977, transmitting for acceptance Dedication
Deed and Grant of Easement for roadway within the subject
subdivision. Advises the description of the roadway has
been checked and found to be acceptable for dedication by
the Department of Public Works; also the roadway has been
constructed according to County standards.
Accept road dedication deed.
/Slue_ No. 594: LAND COURT DEDICATION DEED - KA'ANINI STREET AT PACIFIC
HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION (Lots 67-A-22K and 67-A-20)
From Deputy Corporation Counsel Earl T. Nakasato, dated
November 3, 1977, transmitting for acceptance Land Court
Dedication Deed for roadway within the subject subdivision.
Advises the description of the roadway has been checked and
found to be acceptable for dedication by the Department of
Public Works; also the roadway has been constructed according
to County standards.
Accept Land Court road dedication deed.
