Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred:
Comm. 811: UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE - 1976 EDITION
(Bill 402) From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated
May 18, 1978, submitting for adoption a
bill for an ordinance relative to the
1976 edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code,
as amended, and informs of significant
revisions involving permit issuance to
a homeowner.
recommends that the Council receive and file the communication and
approve and adopt the 1976 edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code,
as amended, (Bill 402) on first reading.
Further recommends that the Bill be referred back to Public Works
Committee after first readingfor
purposes poses of holding public hearings.
