Comm. 860: TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT - PROHIBIT PARKING
HAMAKUA SIDE OF MOHALA PLACE
From. Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated June 30,
1978, requesting parking be prohibited on Hamakua
side of Mohala Place as shoulder area does not
have enough width to park a vehicle off the
pavement.
recommends that ,the Council approve the request of Chief Engineer
Ed Harada to prohibit parking on the Hamakua side of Mohala Place
and that the proper amendment to the Traffic Codebe prepared by
the office of the Corporation Counsel.
