dated July 5 , 1978, recommending Cancellation of
Easement transmitted by Gilbert Hara, attorney
for Eugene F. Kennedy Investment, Inc. , be
accepted.
recommends that the Council accept the Cancellation of Easement as
transmitted by Mr. Gilbert Hara, attorney for Eugene F. Kennedy
Investment, Inc. , and that the document be forwarddd to the Bureau
of Conveyances for recordation.
