Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred:
A. Comm. 885 : KUHIO VILLAGE RESIDENCE LOTS,
INCREMENT II - CONVEYANCE TO COUNTY
From Mrs. Billie Beamer, Chairman, Department
of Hawaiian Home Lands, dated July 19, 1978,
requesting County accept road and utility
improvements by resolution;
recommends the Council approve the request of the Chairman of
the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands to accept maintenance of
Kauikeouli Street, Station 0+00 to 11+00+, and utility improve-
ments in Kuhio Village Residence Lots, Increment II, Waimea,
South Kohala, inasmuch as construction of the road and utility
improvements has been completed according to County of Hawaii
standards.
