Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred:
/ `-, Comm. 902 : 2 8TH ANNUAL HAWAII COUNTY FAIR
From Bill Petti, Parking Chairman, 28th Annual
Hawaii County Fair, Hilo Jaycees, dated August 9 ,
1978, requesting temporary authorization to
implement one-way vehicular traffic from south
to north withno parking on both sides of Manono
Street between Kuawa and Piilani Streets on dates
and times, as listed. Informs that adequate signs
and controls will be posted_ to inform motorists
• should their request be approved;
recommends that the Council approve the request of the Hilo Jaycees
for temporary authorization toimplement one-way vehicular traffic
from south to north with no parking on both sides of Manono Street
between Kuawa and Piilani Streets on dates and times, as listed in
the communication, provided that the conditions required by the Police
Department, Fire Department, Hilo Hospital and Public Works Department
are complied with.
